    Honey Oolong appears as tightly rolled, marbled green and brown dry leaves with aroma of roasted honey nuts. When steeped, the leaves unfurl into large dark brown, greenish leaves with toasty aroma of honey and brown butter with hints of vanilla and cinnamon. The liquor is golden with a delicate rose fragrance.

    There is an obvious natural, sweet honey flavour throughout the sips but there is definitely fruity background. The finish carries a light aftertaste of toasted almonds. There is no astringency with this tea. Remember to make multiple infusions as oolongs tend to improve in flavour in subsequent infusions.
